TFN REVIEW: Stormtrooper Edition Peripherals By Razer

Razer has introduced a new Stormtrooper branded product line that includes a wireless mouse, mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse mat.

The Goliathus Extended Gaming Mouse Mat – Stormtrooper Edition has an MSRP of USD $34.99, and is worth every penny. Measuring in at 1'x3' it covers a large amount of area at your game/workstation, and gives you so much room for whatever task you are tackling! You can now say good bye to having to adjust your old (much smaller) mouse pad every 15 minutes.

Razer Atheris Wireless Mouse – Stormtrooper Edition has an MSRP of USD $59.99. The wireless mouse uses 2 AA batteries that will get you over 300 hours of usage. The compact size of the mouse makes it perfect for those on the go. The performance is top notch, giving users a smooth experience with their daily computing tasks.

Razer BlackWidow Lite Silent Mechanical Keyboard – Stormtrooper™ Edition has an MSRP of USD $99.99. The BlackWidow keyboard is very cool looking, but comes with a few function issues I found hard to get over or around. Coming from a slimmer keyboard, I found the height of the keys on the BlackWidow caused my hands to hurt after a while. However I do not have a keyboard wrist pad, which could alleviate the issue. The keys light up and for that reason the keyboard is corded to pull power from your computer. Some of the secondary key functions do not light up and are painted on the keys, causing me to have to stop and squint for what character I am looking for. Looks weird after being wireless for so long, but nothing to stop you from enjoying the BlackWidow Keyboard.
