Christoph Wolf from StarWars-Union.de has sent us translations of the descriptions for two more episodes from The Clone Wars' canceled sixth season that will be airing in Germany. Here they are (beware spoilers):
DestinyThese episodes are clearly part of the Yoda story arc that was teased at Star Wars Weekends 2013. It's interesting that the Sith homeworld, which the EU calls Korriban, is here referred to as Moriband. It could be a translation error, but if it isn't, the discrepancy is sure to annoy some EU fans. That said, Moriband sounds like "moribund," which is etymologically appropriate, so you never know.
Guided by the Force, Yoda travels to the heart of the galaxy. There, on the planet where he finds the origin of the Force, he must face difficult trials. Only upon passing them will the Sages deem him worthy of learning the deepest mysteries of the Force....
On Moriband, the homeworld of the Sith, the time has come for Yoda to pass his final test. Only then will he learn the best-kept secret of his order, but first a most powerful enemy awaits....
We got in touch with Super RTL to specifically ask them about the Moriband thing, and here's what their spokesman said.
"We have kept to the text presets given to us by Disney / Lucasfilm. To be on the safe side, we just took a second look at the original English text, and there it definitely says 'Moriband'."
