All Rumors Point To Solo Trailer This Weekend

Posted by Dustin on February 1, 2018 at 09:34 PM CST

Get ready to watch some sportsball Sunday night as the rumormill has fans getting a Solo: A Star Wars Story teaser trailer sometime during the game. Then on Monday, Good Morning America will follow up with a full trailer.

First we have the below screenshot of the GMA ticketing screen from earlier this morning courtesy of @starwarsexplained. If you visit the page now, the Solo trailer mention has been removed.

Next we have a suggestive tweet from the Director, Ron Howard. If you'll recall, Mark Hamill pulled a similar stunt on Twitter and teased a football game as well for The Last Jedi.

Finally this quote from Jason Ward over at MakingStarWars.net.

When it comes to Solo: A Star Wars Story, a shorter version of the teaser will hit on the Super Bowl and a longer version of the teaser will follow shortly thereafter during the following week.

Jason posted this prior to the GMA news breaking, so it all is starting to add up. We should see a Solo teaser during the Super Bowl, followed up by a solid trailer Monday on GMA.
