Lucasfilm Congratulates Marvel On Biggest Opening Weekend
This note was posted from Kathleen Kennedy and everyone at Lucasfilm earlier. It is reminiscent of the Steven Spielburg ad he ran when Star Wars beat out Jaws, and then George's return nod when E.T. beat out Star Wars! Oh yeah in case you missed it, Avengers: Infinity War had a record setting $250 million opening weekend, beating out Star Wars: The Force Awakens, by roughly $3 million.
