When Anakin was ordered by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine to lead the rescue efforts, Aubrie asked him to carry her Master's holocron back to Coruscant, in case she didn't survive. After many of her fellow Jedi were killed in battle, Aubrie found that she was the only survivor with a chance to end Stratus' life. She took her lightsaber, along with Vaabesh's, and attacked Stratus. Stratus pulled out a blaster and shot her in the chest, and Aubrie died instantly. However, as she fell, she drove the lightsabers into Stratus' chest, killing him as well.
