Philip Wise (23 in 1977, Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas) spends most of his time dedicated to Star Wars collecting and fandom. Besides running TF.N, he also runs Rebelscum.com and is a partner in C2 Ventures, Inc., a promotion company with a significant focus in the Star Wars celebrity arena, as well as OfficialPix.com, which has a Star Wars and Indiana Jones license to print and sell licensed photos and licensed autographs.

Dustin Roberts finally settled down in Cincinnati Ohio where he works for Cincinnati Bell. Always a huge fan of the original Star Wars trilogy, his love of the toys and collecting habits were rekindled in 1995 when he started to see Star Wars action figures in stores again, manufactured by Kenner. He always joked that he wanted a few and then for Christmas 1996 his now ex-wife bought all that she could find as a joke gift.
Dustin's contributions to the online Star Wars community include involvement with many prominent fan based websites including: Yakface.com, www.nerf-herder.com, Rebelscum.com, R2D2central.com, and even a brief stint at the official website Starwars.com as a collecting forum moderator. Nowadays Dustin concentrates on content management for TheForce.net, while also contributing at Rebelscum.com, and continually updating his ever-growing R2-D2 collection focus at R2D2central.com.

Scott Chitwood (4 in 1977, Houston, Texas) co-founded this site back in 1996 with Darin Smith when it was the Star Wars Page at Texas A&M. Scott contributes news and other items of interest including working with the books section. His goal for TFN was to make a site HE would be interested in visiting. All reports that he tried to Rogaine himself into a Wookiee are completely and totally false.

Jeff Yankey (4 in 1977, Indianapolis, Indiana) aka Azeem, was the webmaster of fanfilms.com when he joined TFN. He became interested in fan films after reading an article in Newsweek about Troops while stationed in Saudi Arabia.

"Some of my earliest childhood memories are trips to the theater when the Trilogy was released. I even remember discussing with my friends if Darth Vader really was Luke's father after TESB."

Anthony Baratta (11 in 1977, Tracy, CA) joined the TFN staff in November, 2000. Anthony likes to think of himself as duct tape, bailing wire and silly putty for the Internet. He is a confused Zoology student that wandered into the PC computer revolution many years ago and stayed for the endless supply of Jolt Cola it provides him. Besides a fan of run on sentences, Anthony can be found tinkering with the under-the-hood side of TheForce.Net web site. Anthony has been a Star Wars fan since the summer of 77, where he excitedly stood in line almost every weekend to watch "the most tremendous movie of our time".

Michael Spellacy (4 in 1977, Staten Island, NY) affectionately known as "Spell", joined the staff in October 2001 to assist with the technical side of things here at TheForce.Net. He was found diligently working on a New York fan based website dedicated to the prequels, when he answered the call to work on TheForce.Net. By day, Spell can be found in front of his computer, loyally typing away as a web developer for Monster.Worldwide. By night, however, Spell can be found in front of his computer, loyally typing away as a web developer for TheForce.Net. This man is just a mosaic of unlimited interests, Star Wars really being the only one. Becoming part of the TheForce.Net staff brings Spell one step closer to his ultimate dream...to be the second adopted son of George Lucas!
Chris Holoka (6 in 1977, Ypsilanti, MI) besides being a deep-fried turkey evangelist, Chris also is a part of the Rebelscum.com staff, and has long maintained his cheeky site, Toshi Station.

Mike Barrick was recruited by Dustin to help post news. He's pretty much taken over since joining the team.

Christopher McElroy is a lifelong SW fan who lives in Anniston, AL. He is the creator of the Timetales section. This project first started as a simple little timeline he cooked up in 1996 for a local bulletin board here in Anniston. In 1997 he got online and began working with Roderick Vonhögen's then - newborn Virtual Edition. After a year, it got to be too much work to handle the Virtual Edition and Time Tales both. Christopher was introduced to the staff of the Force.net, and Timetales was moved there, to allow it to reach its' full potential.

Jeff Boivin (Toronto, Canada) joined TF.N in September 1999 to take over the comics reviews from Paul Ens. Is also working on a RPG section, and recently added a fan comics section. Jeff likes the more obscure aspects of SW literature, and has an incredible amount of SW knowledge in his head from reading all the books and comics and playing all the video, role-playing and card games for almost two decades.

Josh Radke Joshua J. Radke was born on March 30, 2 Years After Star Wars-Episode IV: A New Hope in his hometown of Bristol, CT. He spent the next 14 years in school. During this time, he found that he had an amazing ability to write words on paper and won his middle school's prestigious Richard Keeler Writing Award when he was in eighth grade.
Josh has no current plans to attend college since he does not believe that it cannot prepare him any better than life experience (which is free) for his two goals in life: 1) to own his own Star Wars collectibles store and 2) to become a full time Star Wars writer whose name might someday be used in the same breath as his writing heroes Michael A. Stackpole, Kevin J. Anderson, Timothy Zahn, and the Emperor himself George Lucas. Josh would also settle to be assistant to the great Collectibles High Chief, Steve Sansweet (hey, we already know that he leans towards people with the name 'Josh').
He is a member of Decipher's Red Squadron (an official volunteer group) as Red 84. Josh has been an active player and collector of both CCGs since their inception in 1995 and 1999 respectively. Josh fully intends to use his love of the card game to create a dynamite CCG section here that serves the player and collector community. He hopes that everyone will use and contribute to it often.

Mark Isaacson (Australia) aka Kartanym, was originally introduced to Star Wars at a young age, but could never understand it all. It wasn't until the Special Editions in '97 that his love of the movies really took off. Meanwhile, his love for video games has always been a part of his life, feeling right at home here mixing his two favourite things in the world. A graduate of Murdoch University, with a Bachelor's Degree to his name, he one day hopes to use his experiences and turn them into a long lasting career in writing and information technology.

Michael Potts also works on the Timetales section. He has been a Star Wars fan all of his life. He's 22 years old and from Mornington, Victoria, Australia. He works at Kmart Head Office, a major retail chain. He got in contact with Chris a couple of years ago when Timetales was still evolving on Roderick Vonhogen's web site, and offered some info that he had researched from his own Star Wars 'library'. From there, he has become co – author, continually adding information, offering advice and doing a monthly edit. According to Michael, Timetales is the most comprehensive timeline he has ever seen. Michael dedicates Timetales to his family and friends, who have put up with his Star Wars obsession for the entirety of his life.

Gary Demirdjian (32, Los Angeles, California) aka Lord Mauly Mall is an aspiring filmmaker, graphic designer and an occassional writer who churns out a script whenever he's compelled to tell a story with words rather than pictures. He prefers the visual aspect however and the immediacy of working with Photoshop, which is why he gravitates towards graphic design. He likens his creations of TFN and JC banners to a widescreen vista, telling a story in the most efficient way possible using no dialogue and only images while utilizing standard storytelling devices such as yin and yang and coming full circle. He also enjoys pointing out trivial details such as the fact that he was born in the same war-torn country as Natalie Portman, despite his claims of not obsessing over her..

Aaron Brogdon (29, Seattle, WA) aka Bacabachaui was wandering around the world famous Pike Place market in Seattle, WA one day searching for something to keep him occupied (then, just a tourist on vacation). He stumbled upon a comic and game shop where he found the Star Wars Customizable Card Game and was instantly hooked. Over the next several years he cornered just about anyone he could find that was willing to sit down and play a game or two and has been an avid collector and player of all three Decipher Star Wars card games.
He has recently become an advocate for the new Star Wars Trading Card Game produced by Wizards of the Coast. His purpose in joining TFN is to channel his energy, obsession and love for Star Wars TCG into a useful and informative page that fans will utilize whether they already play SWTCG, or are looking for a great way to recreate the fantastic battles of the SW universe every time they pick up a deck of cards. He welcomes your comments and suggestions for the TheForce.Net TCG page.

Mike Cooper (20, Pittsburgh, PA) is slowly but surely taking over the world. His sarcastic quips have endeared him to fans everywhere, and his stubbornly persistent NJO website finally got him some propers from TFN in May of 2002. He's currently working on the Books and Comics pages here, while attending art school and searching for a girl who's as into comics and Legos as he is.

Nick Hess (18, Goshen, KY) aka Nom Anor joined TFN Books in June 2002. He is the author of The Yuuzhan Vong Database, a comprehensive guide to the extragalactic invaders of 'The New Jedi Order'. The guide's origins can be traced back to March 11, 2000 and the founding of 'The Yuuzhan Vong Homeworld', part of the Official Site's now-defunct fansite program. In August of the same year Nick joined forces with Mike Cooper and brought the guide to The Unofficial New Jedi Order Homepage. His work on the project brought him into contact with official Star Wars authors and artists, including Jeff Carlisle, whose website he helps operate.
When Nick joined TFN Books he brought The Yuuzhan Vong Database with him to serve as a resource to authors and fans alike. Ultimately he hopes to work with Lucasfilm and Del Rey to help guide the future of Star Wars and insure its survival after Episode 3.

Tom Night (18, Eastern USA) or Night4554 as he is known online, joined TFN late June 2002 to assist Mark with the Games section. He attends college and is pursuing a Masters in Computer Science. He found Star Wars around the time of the Special Editions, and found computers when his dad brought home a 486 running DOS. An Eagle Scout, when he's not hanging out with his friends or playing table tennis, he's plugging away on his PC. Interested in all things computer, he dabbles in everything from 3D Graphics to Case Modding, from Web Design and Maintenance to Programming. []

Matthew Long (20, Canberra, Australia) aka Kadue, stumbled onto TFN and the JC forums in mid 2000, looking for information and discussion on the latest SW novels. He settled into the Literature forum, and eventually joined the forum staff in September 2001, becoming an administrator in late 2002. Since that point in time he has spent many a sleepless night in front of a computer screen. For the rest of the day, he can be found either at university where he is studying forensic/medical science, or working in a pathology lab, all the while yearning for the beaches and surf that he grew up on.

Dylan Kinney (26, Nashville, TN) a.k.a. "Hama" was an anonymous addition to the staff in December 2000, until his anonymity abruptly and inexplicably ended in February 2001. Ever since, he has been working many sleepless nights to help build up and maintain FanForce. When he's not doing that, he runs a bad advice column, mass produces origami X-Wings (thanks to a certain Hothlanta Rebel), and is rumored to actually have a job somewhere.

Johanna Nybelius (20, Uppsala, Sweden) aka Obi Anne has been involved in FanForce Sweden from the start, she became regional support administrator for the Nordic Regions in 2001 and Global Support Administrator in summer 2002. She has loved Star Wars since watching them on tv in the early 90's and is currently a student of history, old Irish, and soon archeology. Being brought up on skis she would probably not survive a winter without a lot of snow and ice.

Matthew Creelman, a.k.a. Gandolf the Grey, is busy plotting world domination from his domicile buried deep in the tundra of Nova Scotia, Canada. In his spare time, he moderates the Literature forum and serves as the Technical Administrator for the boards, attends Dalhousie Universityıs computer science program in Halifax, spends his summers getting paid to carry a rifle made in 1861 and wear a kilt, and refers to himself in third person. He also reads a great deal, though he gave up on Tolkien when he realized that Tolkien spelled the name of a certain wizard wrong. His introduction to Star Wars wasnıt the movies, but rather the EU, when a great uncle gave him a copy of The Truce at Bakura for Christmas, which really explains a lot about his skewed opinions on the Star Wars universe.

Terrence Vattimo (23, Pittsburgh, PA) AKA Rox has been a member of FanForce Pittsburgh since the UBB days. He was promoted to the Global Support Administrator staff in the summer 2002. When not putting in time with FanForce he enjoys trivia, drawing and playing deck hockey.

Dan White (Ellensburg, WA) aka Frank_Palpatine joined the TFN staff as their video encoder in November, 2002. Currently, he's studying Computer Science and hopes to put his skills to use as a software engineer in the near future. He's loved Star Wars since early childhood, and still faintly remembers watching Episodes IV-VI in the theater. He became an Internet junkie when he discovered TFN in March 2002, but still finds time for fly fishing and snowboarding whenever possible. He enjoyed creating video for Star Wars fans leading up to the release of Episode II, and looks forward to doing the same for Episode III.

George Mezori has been involved in many different SW 2D/3D graphics websites. Seen them come and seen them go. Decided one day after seeing SWMA go offline for months on end because of host problems to start the ULTIMATE graphics site for people into 3D graphics. Together with a few other professional artists started SCIFI 3D which takes the best of all the other sites out there and throws out the bad to make the best 3D site around. [scifi3d@theforce.net]

Darin Smith (Dallas, TX) falls into the Hall of Fame category here at TFN. Way back in the good old days, he helped Scott found this site, back when they were roommates at Texas A&M. He was TheForce.Net's primary tech-head -- writing scripts and otherwise keeping things running smoothly. He still lurks on the site a bit, and might even send something in on the rare occasion he has something to say. Trained in aerospace engineering, he has now found his niche as a firmware developer, primarily writing custom device drivers for Linux and other OS's commonly used in embedded products.
"My aim for TheForce.Net: to provide a fun, clean, entertaining site for Star Warriors to play in. Star Wars has always meant a lot to me, and it deserves a fan page that brings out the best in it for everyone, from little kids to our "closet fan" parents and grandparents."

Britany (5 in 1977, England, UK) joined TheForce.net in October 2000 and mysteriously disappeared after Episode 3. Britany's contributions to TF.N remain as our most disappointing loss to the site. She is missed by staff and fans alike.

Nicole Darthcleo P (Montreal, Canada) has been a SW fan since the very beginning (yes, 77), although she only joined the online community just when TPM was about to be released. As a software engineer, she worked on Softimage 3D, one of the tools used to make TPM a reality, and with the start of her own little family, (yes, darthcleo is a mom in real life) she left it all to become a SAHM (stay at home mom) and does website programming on a contractual basis. She handled technical side of TFN, including news scripts and the forums until the end of July 2001.

Ryan Mannion (Chino Hills, CA) somehow managed to avoid Star Wars until shortly before the release of the Special Editions. The "Holy Saga" drove him to join our staff in editing the Fan Art and Multimedia sections until mid 2000. He brought with him a broad range of computer-related skills, from web development to digital video editing. His previous major projects include Ban DIVX and UltraCheese Ltd.

Roderick Vonhögen (32, the Netherlands) created the Virtual Edition and worked on the prequels section and Rebel Friends. He is also a Photoshop wizard, and many of the early graphics originated on his desk. It may be also interesting to note he is a Catholic minister in the Netherlands as well.

Chris Knight (27, North Carolina) enjoyed this site so much he proposed to his girlfriend on it! Chris was TFN's resident "esoteric scholar": if it's buried in obscure lore, Chris could find it. Besides being a Star Wars ubergeek he studies history and religion, makes swords and other deadly implements, and (tries to) steer clear of trouble. At TFN he handled the Humor section, many of the general news and prequel stories, the editorials, and he also wrote a huge study on midi-chlorians that went way over our heads but people loved. His last endeavour for TFN: The Virtual Sequels Project! (February 2000 - July 2002)

Sebastian Boyle (16, South Island, New Zealand) is spending much of his time working his way through school, but other times can be found watching movies from almost any genre, having fun with friends, and building up his SW knowledge. (August 2002 - July 2002).

Thomas Kim (New York) aka Carter joined TheForce.net in October 2000. He's been an avid Star Wars fan for 25 years. As TFN's design director, he was responsible for the look and feel of the site's visual evolution. He also served as TFN's roving reporter for Star Wars related events happening in and around New York City. While building his DVD library is a favorite hobby, it will never be complete without the episodes from the original trilogy.

Maryann Robbins (23, Simi Valley, CA) joined the TFN staff in February 2000 after running another Prequel related web site. Star Wars always been an integral part of her life. It has inspired her love of space and spacecraft which led her to earn a degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the Ohio State University. It also inspired her interest in fencing and martial arts. She is also an avid believer in the Force and hopes one day to learn to levitate her car over LA freeway congestion.

David Nutley (35, Winchester, UK) aka DaftMaul made the fanfilm Dark Skies and joined TFN a few months afterwards. He and his wife run an Advertising Agency based at their home, which usually allows plenty of time to create films instead of earning a living. From the first day he saw Star Wars he has been slightly obsessed by it, this fandom culminated in the making of his film in 2001. Sadly he has not yet exorcised this demon, and will probably continue making these films until he is way to old to be doing.
Chris Hanel (23, Los Angeles, CA) first became visible on TFN as the creator of Digital Llama Radio and the co-writer and co-director of "The Formula", which probably still stands as the largest single file download on all of TFN's servers. Chris was added to TFN's staff soon afterwards, becoming the head of the TF.n Humor Section and a moderator of the Fanfilm message boards. Chris spends his spare time working on the web, playing old Nintendo 8-bit games, writing his next script, and eating more ramen noodles than should be legally allowed. []
