A GUIDE TO THE HIDDEN WARS CHARACTERS
to DeVries and the Empire
Background: Annyd was a well trained and convinced supporter of the Empire when he was assigned as a field aid to commander DeVries. Since then, his quiet competence and his keen observation of situations and people have been of great use to the commander, more often than not compensating for his superior evident lack of capacity.
A firm believer in loyalty and obedience, Annyd has been many times under dire circumstances when he had to witness his superior?s many excesses and hazardous decisions. Surprisingly enough, he has so far always managed to remain faithful to the Commander and to repair many of his bad choices? With one single exception.
The incident which cost DeVries his career and his face at the hands of Vader has somehow slipped to Annyd?s attention. He was certain that he had given the right orders and taken the right decisions in order to ensure his superior?s success, and yet the result was disaster.
Since then, his honor as a soldier makes him feel guilty of his master?s disgrace, and so he serves him loyally, no longer discussing his orders not even when they go against the greater good of the Empire ?and it often happens!
Objectives: to help DeVries regain success in the Empire; to remain loyal to the Emperor
A quote: "Yessir, it shall be done as you say. No sir, the Admiral won?t come to hear of this."
