Friend of TFN Kevin M. sends us word of an interview with George Lucas that was conducted back in 1971 by a Los Angeles television station.

"Supposedly this 1971 Lucas interview with an LA television station was lost until now. It’s an hour long, shows some of his student films like the original THX, and gives some great insights into his thoughts about Hollywood back then. I disagree with the CHUD guy’s comment about “toymaker as film maker” and think he’s misinterpreting what Lucas is saying but whatever. This is still a great interview."
