"College Humor has recently posted a video that compares the similarities between JJ�s Star Trek and Lucas� A New Hope. It�s quite funny, so we thought we�d share it.

A few things first, though.

1) SPOILER ALERT.

2) It�s funny, but not clever. A great number of films use similar devices and follow identical structures. It�s not as if A New Hope was totally original anyway�

3) Really want to watch A New Hope again now."

Again, if you have not seen the new Star Trek film yet and want to remain completely spoiler-free, do not watch this video.
