Temuera Morrison appears at the Sci-Fi Expo

Posted By Scott on May 19, 2002

The Sci-Fi Expo just concluded in Plano, Texas. One of the highlights of the show was Jango Fett himself Temuera Morrison. He was a great guest and kept everyone entertained at a joint talk with his "son", Jeremy Bulloch. Morrison shared a couple of interesting items worth noting. He said that he did the dialogue for all of the clone troopers in the film. During the Q&A, a fan joked that he should get paid the most because he not only played Jango Fett, but millions of clones in the film. (On a side note, you may be interested to know that not a single clone trooper costume was built for this film. All the ones in Episode II were computer generated. The 501st better get busy!). Morrison also said that he provided the voice of Jango Fett in the upcoming bounty hunter video game. He said that he was looking forward to playing it with his real world son. Morrison came to Texas from Mexico where he's filming a western called "Blueberry" which is based on a graphic novel. Morrison plays a Native American shaman in the film. Temuera also mentioned that he hadn't seen Episode II yet, but he caught a DLP screening this weekend after the show. We'll be hosting video footage of Jango and Boba's hilarious talk online soon, so stay tuned!
