This report about Tuesday's Total Request Live comes in with a Star Wars segment:

On today's episode of TRL on MTV, they were doing a bit on toys influenced by movies. They were showing the toys that most collecters would be trying to get their hands on this year. Among the list of Lord of the Rings and Spiderman toys, they claimed that the Star Wars: Attack of the Clones would top the list.

Their self proclaimed Star Wars geek was showing off some of the new action figures, including Jango Fett and Count Dooku. He also said that Jango Fett and Kit Fisto would top the list of single toys to collect. After showing samples of the toys for movies this year, Carson Daily asked the geek to show off some of his Star Wars tatoos. They did a close up shot of just his arm and he had a collage of characters and ships including Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, the Millenium Falcon, Princess Leia, Chewbacca and many others. Its nice to see Star Wars getting some recognition on one of the most watch daytime television shows and I was really glad to see it.
