This report surfaces from Old Ben today from down under. Apparently, there's still casting to be done and there looking very specifically for a certain look. Read on:

Yesterday there was an agent or representative that visited a local bookstore looking for an Episode 1 visual guide.

They had with them a request for actors that look like Adi Gallia, Eeth Koth and Depa Billba. The casting request gave details about height and general appearance and then referred them to the pages in the visual dictionary for further reference. I cannot remember the date that they had to audition on but the call is out for Jedi Council members.
