The following may be considered spoiler material to some, so highlight to read:

A while back we had a report that Count Dooku / Darth Tyranus' lightsaber was "curved" with a blade like a schmitar. Since then, reports on other sites have said that it's the handle itself that is curved, not the blade. This definitely makes sense.

Now Coming Attractions reports on that weapon a little more. A spy says that the weapon is not one single color - it is a mix of both red and orange. The effects department has dubbed it the "flamesaber". CA also reports the following:

"It is said to also have a distinct whooshing sound rather than the regular snap-hiss of normal lightsabers. I've heard thru the grapevine that Ben Burtt and his guys are having a difficult time with the sound for it, but I have a great deal of faith in Ben and his team."
