I don't know if you have noticed this, but TOS's Episode II Cast List has updated with a couple names:

Barris Offee -- Nalini Krishan
Luminara Unduli -- Mary Oyaya
Passel Argente -- Stephen Boyle

Those are the only names I think are new...

There are also photos posted of the above characters. We know Passel Argente was a Senator in Episode I and he was in the book Cloak of Deception. We also know that Luminara Unduli is a Jedi Master based on the book Cloak of Deception (and the link above). (However, LFL registered the domain name "senatorLuminaraUnduli.com". Go figure.) Barris Offee is a new one and is listed as Unduli's Padawan learner. Thanks to Timothy Donahue and Jason P. for also contributing.
