Jedi Daniel lives in Australia and Saturday bought The West Australian (An Australian Newspaper) and it comes with a TV Guide for the following week. Inside the TV Guide (The West Magazine) there is a 2-page interview with Hayden Christensen. Here is a small excerpt:

Hayden Christensen, a tall, 20 year old, dirty blonde Canadian actor, has an interesting future. He has been cast as Anakin Skywalker, the lead role in Attack of the Clones, George Lucas; next Star Wars film. This could make him the next Harrison Ford. Anakin Skywalker is a dream part - he is a jedi warrior with a weird, neo mullet haircut who will eventually become Darth Vader. He also has an affair with Natalie Portman and travel through galaxies with Ewan McGregor and Samuel L. Jackson. For Anakin Skywalker Lucas needed somebody who was 'Charismatic, boyish and likeable" but who also "had the ability to turn bad in the next film".

The article goes on to talk about how his father found out his son was a smoker when he saw a picture of him on set of Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones, how he is a huge Star Wars fan, how much fun it was working with Natalie on set and other movies he has been in including Life as a House (which opens in cinemas in Australia May 23rd).
