It's because the movie got presented late at approximately 01h25 in the morning, and three of the seven presentations were affected by this, hence so many people refunded.

The viewers not only got to see the movie really late, but they had to harass alot of the staff to finally get an answer on why the movie was not presented. It's only at 00h50 that an executive of the theater went to meet the viewers. She said they had problems with the projectors and that they did not know when the problems would be fixed. With that alot of viewers got frustrated and got out and went home. The others waited another half hour before the movie was finally presented. When the previews started, alot the of viewers cursed at the staff for not getting to the movie right away.

In the end we saw it, but alot of people got angry, and some did not see it.
