At the beginning of one of the fights, the sound went completely out. It came back 2 minutes later skipping and "hiccuping" for another 3 or 4 minutes after which it returned to semi-normality. A front right hand speaker began to come in and out throughout the movie with the sound stuttering every now and then.

I got up to ask someone to fix the problem, but not one employee was to be found! After the movie ended we approached who I assume was the manager and was told, "yeah, we've had that problem before with (another movie)". He attributed the problem to the fact that the theatre we viewed the movie in was using Sony sound while the screen next to ours was Dolby and therefore had no issues.

Needless to say, many of us were vexed leaving the theatre. When asked about refunds or passes, we were told, "you'll have to contact the manager tomorrow." Fat chance that will happen. People (many of whom had been waiting for over 12 hours) left pretty disappointed and disgusted.
