Hayden Christensen on Good Morning America

Darth Bama sends in a report from Hayden's appearance on Good Morning America yesterday, May 2nd:

Hayden was on GMA, and it was an awesome interview. I caught it midway, but he gave the same promo about playing SW as a kid, on the way to NYC, blah, blah, and pretending to be Darth Vader. He gave a pretty wicked "Luke, I am your father" impression as well.

the good stuff...

* They showed a clip of (highlight to read) Anakin and Palpatine at an opera talking about Sith and Jedi. It was cool to see Palpatine's manipulation of Anakin, commenting on if the two sides were really all that different. Hayden remarked that McDiarmid's performance was "amazing." They also showed extended 10-15 seconds of (highlight to read) "the duel" - very cool, with Anakin and Obi Wan walking a narrow ledge above the lava and the rocks, then jumping down onto a ledge and continuing the fight. At the end of the clip Anakin caught Obi Wan with a right to the jaw.

Then Hayden and Nick Gillard talked about the extensive training, and gave a demo to the very excited crowd. Some guy from Wisconsin tried to partake.
