No Family Guy SW Prequel Parodies

Seth MacFarlane and the Family Guy team will most likely be done with full Star Wars parodies after their Return of the Jedi spoof is released on December 21. At a Comic-Con panel, MacFarlane was asked about Family Guy parodies of the Prequel Trilogy, to which he replied, "I don't think we'll be going that route. They're just too expensive."

MacFarlane also said that Lucasfilm "has been really great to us" as the Family Guy team worked to produce Blue Harvest, Something Something Something Dark Side, and now their final OT spoof.

Although the series will be "tak[ing] a break" from parody episodes, MacFarlane let slip that an Indiana Jones parody may be in Family Guy's future.
