this planet was the primary world in the Renegg System, and was the site of an Imperial base during the Galactic Civil War. It was chosed for its proximity to the Kuat System, and the fleet stationed there was in place to defend any attack on the Kuat Drive Yards. The Renegg System also served as a staging area for starship traffic which was outbound from the Kuat Freight Port.
