An anonymous informant checked in with what they claim is insider information that "Alan Ruscoe, the actor playing Jedi Council member Plo Koon is also playing Bib Fortuna and a "spineless Federation member" named Doultay Dosine. Dosine has an animatronic head. The character of Plo Koon reportedly has a golden lightsaber in a filmed -- but possibly not used -- scene featuring a Jedi Council salute."
