Wizards of the Coast's Star Wars RPG & Miniatures website has seen a sort of revival recently, with new online writers coming on board to write new regular columns and articles about specific aspects of the game.
First off on the front page there is a link to download the very first RPG Podcast as a free MP3. Here's the description for Podcast #1:
RPG Designer Rodney Thompson dishes about creating and maintaining awesome campaigns!
The regular column "Bounty Postings" written by Eric Cagle started in May and has seen a new entry about twice a month. Each entry details a new NPC with stats and how to fit him/her into your campaign. The latest article details the Neimoidian pirate lord Dool Pundar.
The column "Message to Spacers", which got started in Oct. 2007 by Rodney Thompson, now continues. It will detail some interesting spaceships and space stations from various EU sources. There is a new article by Patrick Stutzman detailing a Cardan-Class Space Station.
For fans of anything Dark Side-related, a new series of articles by Matthew Grau titled "Behind the Threat: The Sith" describes how to create Sith characters in your campaign at any period of the timeline. So far, there are two parts published about Portayal and The Becoming.
The newest series of articles started this week and is titled "Star Wars: The Musical Experience". Also written by Patrick Stutzman, the first part reveals tips for Producing a Soundtrack for Your Games.
And of course, the long-running column "Jedi Counseling" (now in its 112th installment) keeps bringing you tips and rule clarifications for both the RPG and Miniatures game, courtesy of Gary M. Sarli.
