SW RPG & Minis Up for Origins Award

The folks at ICv2 have posted the finalists for the 2009 Origins Awards. The annual event now in its 35th year honors the gaming industry's best products in several categories from board games to card games.

Of note this year, Wizards of the Coast's Star Wars line received three nominations, namely for their Clone Wars Miniatures (best miniature figures), Saga Edition Core Rulebook (best role-playing game) and Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide (best role-playing game supplement).

Click on the link to see all the other finalists in all categories. The Origins Award Winners will be announced on June 27th at the Origins Game Fair. We wish good luck to WotC. The company have really been putting out quality Star Wars products in the last two years.
