Yummy Star Wars: New Veggie Carvings!

Our friend Oki from Japan returns with a couple new food creations that he made prior to last month's devastating earthquake. As we previously reported, Oki and those close to him thankfully came out of the disaster relatively unscathed. Oki was among the lucky ones. Remember that Star Wars fans can aid victims in Japan by contributing to the "We Are Jedi" Project.

But back to Oki's Yummy Star Wars contributions. This go 'round we're treated to Dark Side Sushi Cake and a Speeder Bike Scout Trooper (sweet potato, carrot, and nori) on an Endor salad. Click on the images below for full views.
