Shortly after news broke yesterday about Disney's planned acquisition of Lucasfilm, a variety of celebrities chimed in to share their take on the deal. Among them were some of the actors and actresses who have made the Star Wars media universe such a rich and enjoyable place.Newsarama , we have these comments:James Arnold Taylor: "I am very excited about possibilities for Star Wars & fans! And I would love to be cast as the spirit of Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars Episode 7 or any flashbacks!"Ashley Eckstein: My two favorite things, Disney and Star Wars, have now become one. It's truly the perfect partnership! I've had the honor and privilege to work for both Lucasfilm and Disney for several years now, and I am just overjoyed with this announcement. There are amazing people coming together from both companies who are going to do great things with this new relationship. This is a monumental day for Star Wars and Disney fans!
