Speaking of the newly released Red Tails, our good friend John Tenuto takes us back a couple decades with the following:

"I scanned in a copy of our Summer 1990 Lucasfilm Fan Club Magazine. There was an article about Red Tails in it by Dan Madsen. I think this is the first mention in print of the film that took George Lucas 22 years to make! I thought fellow fans might enjoy it if you wished to share."
