SW Blu-ray Set Breaks All-Time Sales Record

Variety reports that Star Wars: The Complete Saga has broken the record for the highest-selling Blu-ray set in history. Sales of the set have generated over $84 million worldwide, including $38 million just in the United States. North American fans purchased 515,000 copies. Worldwide, the set sold over 1 million copies. According to Variety, "The sales figures made "Star Wars: The Complete Saga" the No. 1 pre-order and catalog title since the launch of Blu-ray in 2006."
