Ripley's In NYC To Host A SW Sleepover

Ripley's Believe It or Not in New York City is planning to celebrate the release of The Phantom Menace in 3-D by hosting a Star Wars Sleepover on February 10th that will include a screening of the newly three dimensional Episode I. From the official announcement:

"As Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace returns to theatres in 3D this February, Ripley�s Believe It or Not! Times Square is offering fans the ultimate �galactic� overnight experience with Ripley�s Times Square�s Star Wars Extreme Sleepover. Taking place on February 10, 2012, the epic space series themed sleepover will include a character meet and greet, Ripley�s Impossible LaseRace�, Yoda mask making, Wookie cookie decorating and more.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by Star Wars costumed characters such as Jedi Warriors and Stormtroopers before exploring 18,000 square feet of astonishing artifacts, exclusive oddities and exciting interactive exhibits. Curiosities from around the globe include the world�s largest display of shrunken heads, an eight-foot tall Transformer statue made completely of used car parts and Ripley�s infamous �Black Hole� experience. During the evening guests will participate in a variety of Star Wars themed activities, games and movie next door."

Tickets cost $145 per person and include a pizza dinner, snacks and breakfast at Applebee's the following morning. Click here for full details!
