The Edge Daily in Malaysia reports on a Star Wars contest being run by Canon:
Canon Malaysia's consumer imaging and information division senior director and general manager Richard Yeow said he expected about 30,000 to 40,000 entries for the Star Wars contest.
The contest is only in Malaysia and for Canon customers who purchase its printers/scanners, toners, photo paper and ink cartridges. The contest ends on June 30.
Contestants must write out the dialogues of the Star Wars characters in any one of the four-image sequence to stand a chance to win the prizes.
The top prizes include Ixus 700 digital cameras, and Pixma MP130 AIO and Selphy DS 700 printers. There will be two grand prizes comprising a holiday for two in Europe with RM5,000 cash and Star Wars merchandise.
