Colin Trevorrow Not Directing Star Wars Episode VII

Safety Not Guaranteed director Colin Trevorrow has taken himself out of the rumor mill running for director of Star Wars Episode VII. The Hollywood Reporter caught up with the director recently at the IFP Gotham Awards on Monday and got this quote from him.

"It�s not going to be me for Episode VII, and I can�t believe I�ve actually had to come out and say that,"

So cross another candidate off the list for now. Hopefully we'll hear some solid news soon. Meanwhile the hype continues to build for the recently announced Star Wars Episode VII, coming to theaters in 2015. You can read the full report and interview with Colin at Hollywoodreporter.com.
