Obi-Wan Uses Binoculars
Check out this cut scene of Obi-Wan spying on the battle droid factory on Geonosis. The scene was cut from the film, though this glimpse of it appeared in the Star Wars Insider.

Jocasta Nu
Scenes with the Librarian of the Jedi were cut, as evidenced in this photo where she is explaining the Lost 20 and Count Dooku.

Mace and Obi-Wan Chat
Here's a scene when Obi-Wan and Mace Windu were talking just before Obi left for Kamino. They were frsutrated with Anakin.

Attack of the Massiffs
Obi-Wan attacks the Massiffs in this cut scene, just before he was to use the binoculars to spy on the Genosians. In this scene we find Obi-Wan's adventure up the Genosian cliff. Along the way he encounters the Massiffs (above) and uses his binoculars to spy on the enemy (way above).

Blasted Anakin
Here you can see Anakin getting worked by some explosion. You can see the flash of the explosion, then he goes flying off with the shockwave. Another here.

C-3PO Not Complete
Threepio wasn't totally complete in the first drafts of the script. You can see in these shots Anthony Daniels was controlling the still incomplete droid.

Mace Calms the Reek
In this scene, Mace Windu uses the Force to calm down the Reek. Would have been fantastic, look at the look in his eyes.

Jango Gets Headbutted
This scene of a headbutt was removed from the film in all coutries. Jango gets worked by the non-helmeted Obi-Wan. Great stuff, perhaps hard to believe that a regular guy vs. metal is a good fit. Ouch.

Hyperspace Frieghter
We never saw this Select used in the film. The transport in hyperspace was cut, along with many scenes aboard the freighter.

Map of the Universe
This Select as well was cut from the final film, probably the planetary map of the Jedi Library.

Mace and Yoda Chat
Mace Windu with Yoda (to be added later via CGI) was cut from the film as well, they speak of the dark side and the clouded future of young Anakin.
