Just wanted to pass along something that had been rumored last fall. In the new "Making of Star Wars Revenge of the Sith" by J.W. Rinzler, it is mentioned on p.156 that Lucas had Rob Coleman and his department "warm up" for Episode III by replacing the Episode I puppet Yoda with digital Yoda. I would expect that we will see this very fake looking puppet gone with the next major Episode I DVD release.
