eBay Today: Vintage Making Vintage Harder To Find

When Star Wars toys came back in 1995 it became a hot topic with collectors of the original Kenner line. Through much debate it was agreed that the original line, to help differentiate, would be called 'Vintage'. Now that the modern line moves healthily into its seventeenth year the terminology is completely messed about. Take, for instance, the original Kenner Villains Set three packs from 1978 and see how long it takes to find it by searching "Star Wars Vintage". Sure it has always been tough to find, but now that we have Target exclusive "Vintage Villains Set three packs", not to mention all the other modern "Vintage Collection" pieces, it is especially difficult to find. Ah, Star Wars toys, how we love you!
