On Saturday at DecipherCon 2002, the Star Wars Players Committee held the World Championships for Young Jedi CCG and Jedi Knights TCG, and the Day Two semi-finals and finals for Star Wars CCG. Rumor had it that the Star Wars CCG finals lasted until around 5 AM Sunday!

The top places for all three games were announced during Sunday morning's Award Ceremonies by Player's Advocate (Shadow Squadron Leader) Jim Colson, who thanked Warren Holland and Decipher for their support of the Players Committee over the past year, including the prize purses for the World Championships.

Star Wars CCG

1st: Angelo Consoli ($5,000 + trophy)
2nd: Greg Shaw ($2,500)
3rd and 4th: Brian Terwilliger and Brian Fred ($650 each)
5th-8th: Hayes Hunter, Johnny Chu, Brian Rippetoe, Bastian Winkelhaus ($300 each)

Young Jedi CCG

1st: Jason Killby ($500 + trophy)
2nd: Jeremy Baker ($200)
3rd: Dale Hanak ($150)
4th: Vincent Serret ($150)

Jedi Knights TCG

1st: Jeffrey Kahan ($500 + trophy)
