Star Wars: Legacy of the Force 8: Revelation

SFBC Revelation Hardcover Now Shipping

Posted By Jay on April 8, 2008

Collectors and fans of hardcover books should take note: the latest Legacy of the Force novel is now shipping from the Science Fiction Book Club. What makes this version so special? Well, read on....

Since the beginning of Star Wars, the Science Fiction Book Club has been putting out editions of the novels. Whether it's variant sized versions of the publisher's hardcover, SFBC books tend to be slightly smaller than the book store hardcover, or hardcover versions of the latest paperback, or even bind-up versions of duologies or trilogies, you can be sure SFBC will release it.

As with all the Legacy of the Force paperbacks, SFBC has been crafting hardcover versions for collectors. Let's admit it, a row of nine hardcover books looks much nicer than hardcovers interspersed with paperbacks. Sure the club requires you to purchase a number of books over time to complete your membership, but with all the Star Wars books coming and still available, it's not that hard.

Revelation by Karen Traviss, the 8th book in the Legacy of the Force series is just starting to ship. Containing the same story as the paperback, and priced at about twice the cost of the paperback, this purchase may be for serious collectors only. If you'd like to check it out, be sure to stop by the Jedi Journals Legacy of the Force gallery to see it, and all the other versions.
