SDCC: What's On Tap For EU Fans?

While we've posted on the various Star Wars-related panels that are coming to San Diego Comic-Con 2012, Del Rey's Erich Schoeneweiss took to the Star Wars Books Facebook page in order to preview Del Rey's upcoming panel and EU luminaries who will be stopping by their booth for signings...

"This time a week from now I'll be a plane to the left coast for San Diego Comic Con. We're hoping to see many of you at the show and are eager to talk to you about the books. Our panel information was posted last week:

3:00-4:00 The Future of Star Wars Publishing: Dark Horse & Del Rey. Find out what?s coming up in the Expanded Universe of Star Wars publishing. Editors Randy Stradley and Dave Mars...hall from Dark Horse Comics discuss what?s next for Agent of the Empire, Dawn of the Jedi, Lost Tribe of the Sith, and Darth Maul, as well as reveal a new secret title that?s on the horizon. From Del Rey Books editors Frank Parisi and Erich Schoeneweiss, along with author Troy Denning (Apocalypse), look at new novels coming later this year from fan-favorite authors Timothy Zahn and Aaron Allston, as well as give a peek into 2013. Also on the panel is Jennifer Heddle, senior editor at LucasBooks. Moderated by author Pablo Hidalgo (Star Wars: The Essential Reader?s Companion). Room 7AB

The Del Rey Star Wars booth will host signings with Troy Denning, Christie Golden, Ryder Windham, and an Essential Guide to Warfare signing featuring Jason Fry, Stephan Martiniere, John VanFleet, Dave Seeley, Drew Baker, Jason Palmer, and Bruno Werneck (days/times to come). There will be cool freebies and books throughout the show as well. Come say hello, booth 2913D."
