The circle of survivors in the centre of the arena have been named in an article at the Official Site. By careful observation of the movie, we can see or deduce which gunships carried which of these characters out of the arena.

Casualties

The 6 gunships fly over rough terrain, heading for the southwest fronts. One of the gunships, flying off the starboard of Yoda's LAAT, is shot and destroyed by the enemy. Dark-robed Jedi are visible in the passenger compartment immediately before the explosion. Thus some one group of the evacuees is dead. This gunship isn't the one carrying Yoda, nor Kenobi's, nor Secura's, since these Jedi are seen alive later in the battle.
