Rumor: Is This A Photo From Episode VII's Abu Dhabi Set?

The photo you see below, which comes to us courtesy of Abu Dhabi-based newspaper The National, may be our first glimpse at Star Wars Episode VII.

What can we see? Not much.
The National reports that, "according to sources within the local film industry, crew members have already been hired for the Abu Dhabi leg of the secret production." But none of the people they talked to had heard of a movie filming nearby. "I'm sure if anything as big as that was going on I'd know about it," one farmer said.
What does it say that this cryptic and possibly irrelevant photo has taken the fan community by storm? That we're starved for information about Episode VII. But you already knew that. So

The National's website.
UPDATE: The National did some more digging and found
additional evidence that supports the theory that
Star Wars is filming in Abu Dhabi. The evidence is all circumstantial, but the report is worth a read. Here's an excerpt:
In perhaps the most amusing bit of investigative reporting, a friend told us that her colleague had been chatting to a fellow via the iPhone app Tinder, who — in a gross act of flirtation — had revealed that he was an assistant director on a major film shoot in Abu Dhabi, inviting her to guess what? That’s right, Star Wars.
