Spies from across the galaxy are confirming that there is a strong possibility that Episode II will be released in nearly every country simultaneously this coming May. Early indications were that they were hopeful for on single Star Wars weekend, but the latest developments will give AOTC to everyone at least by the end of the month. No matter where you are, or where you live, Lucasfilm and Fox are working diligently to get this movie to you. As many fans will remember, Episode I was released at times months apart causing confusion among fans scattered around different release dates.

This has not been confirmed officially, but with the number of people saying it is happening we're confident that it is indeed part of the plan at this moment. Keep in mind that plans do change, but we're hopeful that this one will stay the course.

TheJediKnight tells us that a few minutes ago, on the German TV show "taff" on the channel "Pro 7" that Star Wars Episode II will be released WORLDWIDE on May, 17th! So we get worldwide the same release date!
