Official Site: Daily Web Strips Begin Posted By JF on October 9, 2004
Hyperspace members are in for treat. The Official Site has started posting four daily webstrips this week. They are in black and white, and can be viewed using a pop-up window. Here's a description.
Reversal of Fortune is a new exclusive comic, that takes place during the Clone Wars and will lead up to Revenge of the Sith. Written by starwars.com's Paul Ens and illustrated by Thomas Hodges.
A Hunter's Fate: Greedo's Tale is also new, but is adapted from a story that was in the 1995 Tales From the Mos Eisley Cantina anthology. The original story was written by Tom and Martha Veitch, and the web comic is adapted and illustrated by Pablo Hidalgo.
The Bounty Hunter of Ord Mantell was originally published from February to April 1981, and was the first strip by Archie Goodwin and Al Williamson that followed Russ Manning's 2 year run (see below). It is presented here in all it's unedited and uncolored glory, without the re-working it received as Dark Horse's Classic Star Wars series.
Gambler's World debuted on March 12, 1979 and ran until September 8th of that year. It was the kick off of Russ Manning's run and was published on weekdays, while the Sunday paper carried a different storyline (one later named The Constancia Affair and then another untitled strip that takes place on Kashyyyk.) It was also the longest, and was reprinted in color as Dark Horse's Classic Star Wars: The Early Adventures #1-3 in 1994. Keep checking the strips every week day on starwars.com.
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
