Will you be the custodian of the stolen plans? San Diego Comic-Con attendees will become Rebels on the run from Imperial Stormtroopers as part of the 501st Legion's popular interactive Droid Hunt game. Participants can pick up a free Droid Badge at the 501st Fan Table on the Mezzanine level of the San Diego Convention Center on Friday, July 21st. The following day, 501st troops will scour the convention floors in search of players wearing the Droid Badges. Some lucky fans will receive "Jedi Mind Trick" cards which have the power to turn away Stormtroopers for one encounter thereby extending gameplay. As part of the game, players must surrender their badge when "caught" by the 501st Legion, but will receive a raffle ticket making them eligible for over 70 great prizes including an Anakin Skywalker Limited Edition Lightsaber generously donated by Master Replicas! Players can also redeem their non-winning raffle tickets for a complimentary collectible Droid Hunt badge (this year's Comic-Con Droid Hunt Badge image attached).
