Strategy: The purpose of this deck is to have fun taking down the Dark side using only the Skywalker family in the Character
Arena while holding out or controlling in the other two as needed. This means that you will be weak in the Character arena. Hopefully we will see some more powerful versions of Luke soon, but until then, there is still a lot you can do to win.
Use the Battle cards to enhance speed, power, and accuracy. Hero's Flaw is great for taking down powerful Dark side characters. You can use Clever Escape to attack again in the same turn once your opponent's Force is depleted and their Characters are tapped and helpless. Or use it in conjunction with Leia's Kiss Anakin's Inspiration, Hero's Flaw or Desperate Confrontation, because these card's effects last for the whole turn, so untapping becomes more valuable.
There are a lot of Mission cards that help you gain force. You will probably need it to keep Anakin in the arena if your opponent tries to play Vader. Keeping Anakin out there is extremely helpful because he can enhance Luke C and he gets a bonus from Padme A, not to mention the fact that he is one of the only 4 Characters in this deck.
You will notice that there are a lot of Rares in this deck, but if you have been collecting for a while, some of them are from older sets that you can still get very cheap. The others are in here by my preference, but some could really be substituted for Commons and Uncommons.
Yes, there are other decks out there much more powerful than this one, but playing powerhouse beatdowns can get tedious sometimes. This deck is fun and entertaining, and it tests your skills as a player.
