Far Orbit Project
this Alliance operation was based on a series of ideas and proposals from Ral'Rai Muvunc, and involved using privateers to harass Imperial patrols and obtain supplies for the Alliance. The Alliance contracted the services of Dhas Vedij and the Far Orbit to raid Imperial worlds and convoys in the Ringali Shell shortly after the Battle of Yavin. The project was considered by many to be a success, as Vedij and his crew single-handedly captured Imperial Advisor Coh Veshiv, obtained a wealth of Imperial and corporate cargoes, and pirated a huge cache of gems, spice, and artworks from the Star Galleon Emperor's Will. All profits were split evenly between the Alliance and the crew of the Far Orbit.
