Rokrul
this was considered to be the closest thing to a city found on the planet Nelvaan. Rokrul was little more than a loose affiliation of Nelvaanian tribes, who banded together for mutual protection and asistance. During the Clone Wars, the Rokrul villages were plunged into a perpetual winter when the Confederacy of Independent Systems established a secret outpost on Nelvaan. The facility drew intense amounts of geothermal power from the planet's core, power that normally would have provided warmth to the Rokrul area. The facility was eventually destroyed by Anakin Skywalker, but the Rokrul area took decades to recover.
