this man was stranded on the planet Onderon, in the wake of the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War. Unknown to most everyone else, Xaart was actually a Republic spy, and was on Onderon to investigate how the planet was being ruled. With the help of The Exile, he was able to acquire a starport visa, and could finally book passage back to the Republic.
