Battle of Azure Spaceport

this was the name given to the brief conflict that erupted on the planet Azure, during the height of the Clone Wars. Jedi Masters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Siri Tachi, along with Padawan Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padme' Amidala, escorted Talesan Fry to Azure, after Fry agreed to turn over his foolproof codebreaker to the Old Republic. However, a tracer device had been installed in the codebreaker by Helina Dow, allowing the Separatists for track the device to Azure. From the Republic's secret base at Azure Spaceport, a meager defense was established to protect the planet from a huge Separatist fleet. The Republic's forces were badly outnumbered, and were forced to cede control of the planet for a brief time. General Solomahal, the commander of the Republic's base, was forced to destroy the codebreaker just before he was taken captive, ensuring that the device didn't fall into the hands of the Separatists. An exploding fusion generator then provided enough cover for the Republic's remaining forces to evacuate Azure.
