Chroma-wing Flier
this was the name given to the adult stage of the Ruurian lifecycle. Chroma-wing fliers were single-minded creatures that existed simply to eat, fly, and mate. This made them invaluable to their species' survival, but they were incapable of leadership. Thus, larval Ruurians were the individuals who actually ran their society, tending the chroma-wing fliers and the pupae in order to perpetuate their race. In many respects, the chroma-wing flier retains nothing of its larval self, and many Ruurians try to live their lives to the fullest while larvae.
