this male Gran was part of the large contingent that lived on the planet Malastare during the years leading up to the Battle of Naboo. He was also a known criminal and hitman, and had a death sentence on his head in six star systems. A bounty for his capture was issued by the Republic Security Force shortly after the Battle of Naboo, and Jango Fett managed to claim the bounty when he traveled to Malastare to meet with the Dug crimelord Sebolto.
