Outcasts
this was the term used to describe those T'Syriel who refused to follow the example of Keral Longknife and put aside their generations-long struggle against the human natives of Shiva IV. Longknife cast them out of the cities, forcing them to eke out an existence in the wastelands of the planet. The Outcasts hated the city-dwellers for this reason, and often raided outlying settlements, killing anyone they found and looting all foodstuffs and supplies.
