this Corellian smuggler could never find a way to make a decent living. He believed that he could he every bit as successful as Han Solo, but could never achieve Solo's skills. Sometime before the Battle of Yavin, Wils was hired by Ranon Djelkh to transport a special cologne, extracted from the scent glands of a tirginni beast, to Tatooine for the Devaronian crimelord Ranon Djelkh. Rather than completing the mission, however, Wils tried to sell the cologne to the highest bidder. After mistakenly giving the cologne to a group of freelance smugglers, Wils was confronted by Oggun Bantha-Horn, who demanded that the cologne be turned over to Djelkh. Wils panicked, and tried to recover the cologne from the smugglers' ship. This only forced Bantha-Horn to target Wils and the smugglers, who became strange bedfellows in an effort to avoid being killed. Once the smugglers became Djelkh's main target, Wils fled Tatooine altogether.
